Nichols Property Care, llc (formally RHN Enterprises) was established in 2017 by Robert Nichols III. Rob grew up in a chores-oriented household and had pushed a mower many miles by the age of 12. With a paper route and 8 lawns to cut by the weekend Rob cut his teeth in the landscaping trade at a young age. Rob worked for a landscaping company on weekends thru high school and a licensed Arborist after high school. Adding landscaping side jobs with full time work he gained experience that helped him venture out on his own. Well experienced in landscaping and business acumen, Rob and his crew are ready to take your landscaping needs to the next level.

As the founder, Rob is passionate about creating beautiful and sustainable landscapes. With years of experience, he leads our team with a vision to exceed client expectations and set new standards in property Care.
Matt has been with us since 2023. Matt is all in the family and just as passionate as Rob about your landscaping needs. Not only is he in the field helping with the lawncare, he doubles as the in-house mechanic keeping everything running.
Jon is a very talented and hard-working high school student, looking to learn the trade and earn some summer cash. He is mentored by both Matt and Rob in the field and at the office.

Tyler is a 2014 graduate of Oliver Wolcott Technical High School graduating as a Collision Repair Specialist. Expanding his horizons he has become an expert in excavation, drainage and site work. As a Lawn Care Specialist with Nichols Property Care, he now serves you and your needs with lawn Care and Landscaping expertise.
